Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Services Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of IT services, web development services, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver value-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify prospects in US/Europe markets and connect via LinkedIn, email, upwork and via other platforms.
- Market Research: Explore industries like SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, and startups for potential opportunities.
- International Lead Follow-ups & Qualification: Proactively follow up with inbound and outbound leads from the US & Europe via email, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms, while assessing their interest, budget, and requirements to qualify and progress them through the sales pipeline.
- Client Communication: Engage with prospects to understand basic requirements and maintain consistent communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos with senior sales/technical teams.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM tools while ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking lead progress to prevent drop-offs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to share client inputs and support proposal discussions.
- Relationship Building: Nurture prospects for future opportunities and repeat engagement.
- Target Support: Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and conversions.

What Are We Looking For?
- 0 – 1 year of experience (Freshers with relevant skills/qualifications may apply) in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- A proactive attitude, eager to identify new business opportunities and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong email etiquette
- Industry/Domain: IT service-based company experience is preferable
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business processes and client needs.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Sales software, and Project Management tools
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, aptitude for self-learning, and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes
- Social Media Presence: Active on social media platforms, with a strong business network and professional connections

Interview Process
- HR Screening/Telephonic Interview (30 to 45 Minutes)
- Assessment & Final Interview – 2-3 hours, assessing sales skills, business growth strategies, along with role overview, policies, and package.
